Plenty of twinsets being loaded onto Wight Spirit on Sunday morning as we prepared to visit the wreck of the Witte Zee. We haven't dived this wreck as a club for around 4 years so we were eager to get down there again and see if it was as good as some of us remembered.
The trip out of Lymington harbour was gentle enough but once we rounded the Needles, things started to get a bit uncomfortable as Wight Spirit was rolled around by some pretty nasty seas. It was a fairly long slog out to the wreck and by the time we arrived on site, I think we were all feeling a bit below our best. Chopper definitely didn't appreciate the 'chop' and looked decidedly death-like as he started to kit up!
