There's nothing worse than enduring an uncomfortable ride out to the wreck and then to have a crap dive but on this occaision the dive was worth the effort. The vis was great and despite this being a relatively small wreck, there was plenty to see. The Witte Zee is a bit more broken up than on my previous visit but still basically intact (it still looks like a complete ship sitting upright on the bottom). With twins and stages, Nick and myself were able to spend a decent time on the bottom digging around in the engine room and the main winch room as well as taking a look inside a rope locker, and making a full circuit of the wreck from stern to bow and back to the stern. Apparently we were very conspicuous by the huge blue glow that was coming from our rather powerful torches!
